If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact with our customer service firstly, we will solve the problem for you within 24.hours.

In order to receive an exchange or refund, the item must be kept in original condition, unused, undamaged packaging. Hair extensions must still be attached to the cardboard packaging as they originally were. if you are not completely sure you could keep your item in original condition, please do not detach from packaging. We do not take any responsibility for unsatisfactory results If you dye hairs. This is because we cannot guarantee the products you are using will work with our hairs or the process you deal with it is right. Almost 100% of customers have no issues, but there are odd cases where the desired result is not achieved.
